I have worn hearing aids for 15 years due to severe hearing loss from chemotherapy. Over the years, the hearing devices have improved but my present Phonak Exelia Art that I now have from Dr. Turri are amazing. Specifically they adjust automatically to different hearing environments, there is no feedback, sounds are very clear, the telecoil for telephone usage is superb, adjustment up or down on one aid automatically adjusts the other aid, and overall they are making a huge difference in my hearing enjoyment. I encourage anyone with a major hearing loss to hear for them self what a difference these aids can make.

Dear Dr. Turri,
I saw Jennifer again today and we are both still WOWing!! It is so amazing what my Phonak (2 BTE models) have done for me. Truly "life is on".
This is what a hearing instrument (I love the phrase "hearing instrument") should do. I'm not just hearing louder sounds as with my old hearing aids; I am understanding what I'm hearing.
There's much to be impressed with, but what blew me away was when the loud commercial on TV was suddenly lowered to a reasonable zone, without me doing anything!!!! All automatic!
I told Jennifer I thought the only thing that could be better than my Phonaks would have to be a Divine Healing. They are worth every penny (or should I say dollar?), and I'm telling everyone I know who has hearing problems.

I was having problems hearing what the actors in the movies on TV were saying because it seemed they were almost whispering. The music seemed to drown their voices. I was holding my hand cupped around my ear because that was the only way that I could hear anything they were saying. I also was unable to hear in noisy situations. However, I was apprehensive about getting hearing aids because I was afraid that I was too much of a wimp to wear them.
I knew several people who had not been able to tolerate wearing their hearing aids. Al said that I would be able to wear them with no problem. He is right! I LOVE my hearing aids. They are so comfortable that I forget I am wearing them. They are so close to having my own hearing back. I would recommend them to anyone! I do not notice any of the problems that my husband has had with ones he has had for years.
Al also helped my husband by telling him of the FM System that is available for people who have severe hearing loss. That system has been helping my husband tremendously.
